Change is not a project with a predefined schedule, a standard recipe to follow, or a mere sequence of tools and actions to tick off.

Change is an individual, personal process – initiated, shaped and supported by the leadership, managers, teams and individuals.

 

My approach is people-centric. This focus is complemented by proven methods, in-depth expertise, and a clear structure. Over many years and in countless change initiatives, this approach has proven to be effective – both for the sustainable implementation of change and for strengthening the organizations' change capabilities.

Responding to change in a consistent and effective manner is a core competency in the 21st century.
